Will one plan cover every country I visit?
Regional plans cover different sets of countries. The finder recommends a plan only when every selected country, the full length, and the estimate fit.
Do I need an account to buy?
Yes. You sign in with your email or Google at checkout, so your eSIMs and orders are always in one place.
When does my plan start?
It depends on the plan. Check the selected plan before fetching or installing: validity can start on installation, first connection to a supported network, or the successful provider purchase after Fetch my eSIM. Buying a Wakamo voucher does not start the period.
Will it work on my phone?
You’ll need a compatible, carrier-unlocked phone. Check your exact model before you buy. Check compatibility
What if my plans change?
Not yet fetched: full refund within 30 days. After that, we may issue full-value Wakamo credit until the 12-month deadline. Fetched but not installed: it may be recoverable, depending on provider state. Once installed, the plan is non-refundable except when it still doesn't work after support troubleshooting. Then we'll refund you. See our refund policy for the full conditions and help with connection problems.
